Rudy

My name is Rudy and I’m a miniature pinscher, even though I look like some of the prairie dogs in Lubbock. I like eating treats, barking at strangers, and especially hanging out with my mom, Libby. My research interests include examining factors associated with better nap taking and the influence of daily maternal absence on dog anxiety. In my free time you can catch me sleeping in the sun, chasing bugs, and worrying about when my mom is going to come home.

Binx

My name is Binx and my mom, Libby, and I don’t really know what I am, so we just say I’m a Halloween cat. Some people think I look mean, but I’m really just a silly goose who has IBS. My research interests include observational studies on bird behavior and the use of biscuit making as an emotion regulation technique. In my free time, I like to sit on the windowsill and watch birds, intrude on my mom’s Zoom calls, and bat at my brother, Rudy.

My name is Morgana, I'm a domestic shorthair from Maryland, but I moved to Texas with my papa. My research interests include where the squirrel outside my window went, what is papa cooking, and why can't I have some? Outside of research, I like long naps, snuggles, cat teasers and playing tricks on knights of the round.
